The La Coquille Villas Cooperative owns a real estate agency, Villa Real Estate Company (VREC), assisting both owners and buyers exclusively at La Coquille. In addition to standard real estate brokerage services including valuations, VREC is a member of two multiple listing services in the area. Villa Real Estate assists new buyers with membership applications for the Club and coordinates the closing process. Villa Real Estate handles unit rentals for owners as requested.
